SK Hynix va prelua divizia alaturi de tehnologia 3D XPoint dezvoltata de Intel care ar trebui sa fie superioara actualei NAND Flash. SK Hynix nu va prelua si tehnologia Optane pe care Intel va continua sa o dezvolte.

 

Finalizarea tranzactiei se va realiza pana in anul 2025. Angajatii vor trece la SK Hynix, iar coreeni vor putea oferi solutii business dupa urma acestei tranzactii
