A short description: The story of the anime is at the forefront of Tsubasa, a new employee of the A & R department of the most important recording studio, Gandala Music. Tsubasa immediately receives the task of overseeing the B-PROJECT idol unit, consisting of three groups of idols: Kitakore, THRIVE, and MooNs. This is Tsubasa's first job, and it enters into all sorts of incidents and accidents since it has to do with young people with different personalities.
