A brief description: The action takes place in Roanapur, a town in Thailand known for the crimes that happen at all levels. Corruption is blooming that even authorities or priests are not clean - basically, a paradise of offenders. Rokurou Okajima, an ordinary businessman, has a chance to get out of monotony by going to southern Asia. However, it is captured by a group of mercenaries in Roanapur called the Black Lagoon, and its business goes off the ravine. Tired of his former employee, Rokurou decides to join the group. To survive, he has to adapt quickly to the new lifestyle and to the problems that are to come.
