      După cum este tradiția la sfârșitul fiecărui an, HLTV va desfășura numărătoarea inversă a Top 20 Players of the Year, un clasament al celor mai buni 20 de jucători, începând de la nr. 20 și descrescând zilnic până la cel mai bun jucător al anului.
